We are open to new experienced option market makers and arbitrage traders with at least five years' experience at a MiFID II-licensed trading firm. This is a senior, experienced-only position — we do not currently offer internships, graduate schemes, or entry-level trainee roles.
What we're looking for
Experienced option market makers & arbitrage traders
We are open to new traders at the experienced level only. Candidates should bring at least five years of relevant, hands-on trading experience gained at a MiFID II-licensed firm.
5+ years' experience
A proven track record in option market making and/or arbitrage trading — this is not an entry-level or graduate role.
MiFID II background
You built your track record at a MiFID II-licensed proprietary trading or market-making firm.
Proven under pressure
A demonstrated ability to manage real risk and real capital, with results to show for it.
Team-oriented
Trading here is collegial, not solitary. We win and learn together, on a tight-knit floor.
